- Sunway Lagoon Annual Passport Holders and Ultimate Pass Holders are entitled to enjoy exclusive discounts at the in-park F&B outlets, on tube and locker rentals, and on admission tickets based on the published rates.
- What eligibility criteria apply?
- To enjoy the rewards and benefits mentioned above, you will need to hold a Sunway Lagoon Annual Passport or an Ultimate Pass. The discounts on in-park F&B outlets, tube, and locker rentals are valid throughout your membership validity period. Additionally, the Birthday Special Admission Ticket is available during the pass holder’s birthday month.
- What the redemption process is?
- To sign up for the Sunway Lagoon Annual Passport or Ultimate Pass, you may visit our Membership Counter at the Main Entrance. Alternatively, if you prefer a cardless membership, you can easily register through the Sunway Super App for a more convenient experience.
- Any other terms & conditions?
- Pass holders are entitled to unlimited entries (single entry per day) to both Sunway Lagoon and Lost World of Tambun – pass MUST be presented in person at ticketing counter, in order to gain admission into the parks.
- Access to Sunway Lagoon is available daily from 10 am to 11 pm, with the last entry at 10:30 pm. The park is closed on Tuesday, except on Malaysian school and public holidays.
- Access to Lost World of Tambun is available daily from 11 am to 11 pm, with the last entry at 10:30 pm (Monday – Friday, except for Tuesdays) and 10 am to 11 pm, with the last entry at 10:30 pm (Saturday, Sunday, Public & School Holidays).
- Entry is not allowed during the yearly Nights of Fright and Screamfest events.
- Pass holders MUST present original NRIC/MyKid/I-Card/Multiple Entry Visa for verification purposes during entry.
- Ultimate Pass is STRICTLY non-transferable and non-refundable in any part or whole. It can only be used by the registered holder.
- No cancellation will be allowed upon confirmation of purchase.
