How to join as Caring member?
- Download Caring Membership Mobile App and register
- Register online on CARiNG Official eStore
- Walk in directly and register at the cashier of any CARiNG Pharmacy, Georgetown Pharmacy and Wellings Pharmacy store.
How do I get the rewards?
- Your date of birth must be in your account at least 7 days before your birthday month.
When are vouchers added?
- Vouchers are loaded on the 1st day of your birthday month and are valid for your entire birthday month.
How do I check my vouchers?
- Caring Membership Mobile App under ‘Birthday Rewards’.
- CARiNG Pharmacy Website under ‘Caring Member Benefits’.
- Walk-in to any CARiNG Pharmacy, Georgetown Pharmacy or Wellings Pharmacy store.
How do I redeem vouchers?
- Show the voucher code from the Caring Membership Mobile app upon checkout at checkout in any Caring, Georgetown, or Wellings physical stores nationwide.
- Or get assistance from the cashier on your desired vouchers.
Can I redeem the birthday vouchers online?
No, vouchers are for physical stores only. However, Birthday points can be earned for both in-store and online purchases from CARiNG Official eStore.
How long are the birthday vouchers valid for?
- Birthday vouchers are awarded into your member account on the 1st day of your birthday month and are valid for your entire birthday month.
- Do note that the vouchers are first come, first served and while stocks last. So make sure to redeem them as quick as possible!
Is there a limit on how many birthday vouchers I can redeem?
- Multiple birthday vouchers will be awarded per member.
- Take note that members can only redeem each birthday voucher awarded ONCE.
- You can use as many of them as you like (while stocks last), and you can even use more than one voucher on the same receipt.
Can I combine with other deals?
Yes, birthday vouchers can be used on top of other ongoing promotions.
How to earn Birthday points?
- Birthday points will be awarded for purchases at any CARiNG Pharmacy, Georgetown Pharmacy or Wellings Pharmacy store and on CARiNG Official eStore.
- Birthday points earned after every purchase will be automatically reflected in your member account within 24 hours.
How many points will I earn?
- You will earn 3x Birthday Points during your birthday month.
- Effective 1st January 2026, birthday points are capped at 1,000 Caring Points per member. Base and member tier points will still be awarded when the limit for birthday points is hit.
- Silver Tier – [1x base] + [2x birthday] = Total 3x points
- Gold Tier – [1x base] + [0.5x member tier] + [2x birthday] = Total 3.5x points
- Platinum Tier – [1x base] + [1x member tier] + [2x birthday] = Total 4x points
For example, for a RM100 purchase in a single receipt on your birthday month, the following points will be depending on your member tier:
Silver Tier – 300 Caring Points
Gold Tier – 350 Caring Points
Platinum Tier – 400 Caring Points
